Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in California. We ship domestically and internationally.

Domestic (US)

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns

All sales are final, including but not limited to custom and sample pieces. Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled. For items damaged in transit or defective parts, please keep all original packaging and document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Damage must be reported with photos of package and product within 48 hours of delivery. If replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please email kerriarkilicstudio@gmail.com.
